Quick Patch ~ this is a nifty product that always traveled with me in my van, ready for a quick repair/rebuild or create whatever wherever and whenever needed (hole in coach boat, crack in sailboat hull, hole in van roof from mast spreader (!), hole in muffler on van, broken tiller extension, custom brackets and mounting plates for sailing hardware, and more). What makes this special is that it cures under ultraviolet light - simply sunlight, or an ultraviolet flashlight. Technically, it is a piece of 'prepreg', fiberglass preimpregnated with polyester resin, that can be handled/cut/shaped and will then cure hard when exposed to ultraviolet light. Sandable and paintable, it can be a temporary patch or a permanent fixture. We have 3" x 6" patches, currently retailing (on Amazon) for $21.98. Price on our remaining stock, $10.95.
When we get to the end of a spool, its seldom the right length for any standard use - we often use the ends as tie-downs or to teach splicing. But some of these just might be perfect for someone else! Check often during peak season (Apr-Aug)! Each of these are unique, one only, subject to prior sale!!

Mid-weight Fleece Pullover
These were purchased a number of years ago for use in Jim's cool-weather (spring and fall) training camps. They are Lands' End mid-weight fleece, with Jim's logo and "Jim Young Sailing" embroidered on the left chest.

Jim's Zhik Polo Shirts
These shirts were for sailors in Jim's training camps over the last few years. There are only a few left, for those who want a great sailing polo at a steal of a price. They are Zhik Dry shirts, with Jim's logo on the front chest, ZIM Sailing on the left sleeve (Zim has become the major supplier of boats for Youth programs in North America), NACRA on the right sleeve (NACRA, the world's largest builder of recreational catamarans, including the Olympic cat, the NACRA 17), and Jim's web site on the back.

Padded Shorts
We've sold a lot of these - nylon Supplex quick-drying fabric, Cordura seat with pocket for removable pads, zippered side pockets - But GUL has moved back to their core market in England and focused more on cold-water gear - and no more shorts! We have one left.
The only one left is size S left, Gray. Waistband has belt loops, and Velcro tabs on the sides. S fits 31" waist, with the tabs shrinking it comfortably to 27".
